All shipping and delivery will be done using Pos Laju Malaysia, unless special request(s) by customers.
Goods will be shipped out the following working day upon receiving payment. As Pos Laju does not collect parcels on weekends, hence no shipment will be made on Saturdays and Sundays.
For Domestic Delivery (i.e. within Malaysia), the delivery standard of next working day is only applicable for areas covered by Pos Laju Centres. For other areas, the delivery standard is within 2 to 3 days.
Kindly notify us if delivery did not arrive within specific time.
Delivery Rates (using weight estimation of 500gm):
a. Local Town - RM 3.50
b. Within Penisular Malaysia - RM 4.50
c. Between Penisular Malaysia and Sarawak - RM 6.50
d. Between Penisular Malaysia and Sabah - RM 7.00
The above amount is not inclusive of 10% fuel surcharge, 10% handling charges and 5% GST.
